What to arrange beforehand

A few precautions keep the service smooth from start to finish:

• Vehicle insurance: check with your insurer how your policy treats another driver at the wheel. Some policies require the driver to be declared or have rules for occasional drivers.
• Up-to-date documentation: The vehicle’s registration must be current, and the relevant documentation must be provided to the company before the service begins.
• Car details: let us know the model, whether it is automatic or manual, and any details about how the vehicle is used.
• Route and times: share the addresses, times and planned stops, so we can plan the route.
• Start and end of the service: agree on where the driver takes over the vehicle and where it is handed back, so everything is clear in the quote.
