Terms of use
1. Acceptance and precedence
By hiring FARIA – Executive Transport Campinas (CNPJ 59.455.099/0001-69), the client declares that they have read and accept these Terms. If there is a contract for the service, the contract prevails in case of divergence; without a contract, the booking confirmation and these Terms apply.
2. Services
Airport transfers, meet and greet, corporate transportation and transportation for travel in general, chauffeur at disposal, Private Driver (a driver with the client's vehicle), bilingual service, event coverage and premium deliveries. The service is performed by drivers and vehicles approved by FARIA, of executive standard, under its supervision, coordination and monitoring.
3. Bookings and official channels
Bookings are made through the official channels (phone/WhatsApp, email and website) and are only valid after FARIA's confirmation in a written document, subject to the payment set out in item 4. FARIA only requests payments through the details provided in the booking; if in doubt, confirm by the official phone number. The client must inform addresses, times, number of passengers and bags accurately and, at airports, the flight number.
4. Changes, cancellation and no-show
The booking is confirmed upon full payment or a deposit of 50% of the total amount, as agreed in the booking. Cancellations 72 hours or more before the first service: full refund of the amount received. Cancellations between 72 and 48 hours in advance: 50% of the total booking amount is retained as compensation for the allocation of the vehicle and schedule, with no additional charge, and the remainder is, at the client's choice, refunded or converted into credit for future use. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance or no-show: the amount paid is fully retained and, if there is an outstanding balance, the total booking amount is charged, with no refund or conversion into credit.
A no-show is the client's absence at the agreed place and time, after the tolerance period, and the service is considered rendered. Rescheduling depends on availability and a request at least 48 hours in advance. If FARIA cancels, the client receives a full refund. If there is a contract, its conditions apply.
5. Tolerance and waiting time
Boarding tolerance of up to 20 minutes, when possible and without compromising the following services. After this period, 10% of the total booking amount is charged per extra hour started. At airports, the scheduled time is the landing time: the driver tracks the flight and waits the time needed for disembarking and baggage collection.
6. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and be at the agreed place and time.
- Treat the vehicle and the team with care, and wear a seat belt; the driver may refuse or end the service in case of conduct that compromises safety or of inappropriate or offensive behavior.
- Be liable for damage and extraordinary dirt caused by them or by passengers under their responsibility, including repair and cleaning costs and the period the vehicle is unavailable, according to the contract or terms of use.
- Do not carry or request the transport of illegal, dangerous or legally restricted items.
7. FARIA's responsibilities
- Sanitized vehicles, with up-to-date maintenance and in good condition.
- Licensed, professional drivers.
- Keep to the agreed times, except for external and unavoidable factors.
- Protect the client's information, according to item 11.
8. Payment
We work with the following payment methods: Pix, bank transfer, bank slip (boleto), payment link (domestic and international), card (debit/credit) and cash. Prices and extras are informed at the time of booking, and confirming the service implies agreement with them. Extras (waiting time, extra stops, additional kilometers or route changes) are due within 24 hours after the service is completed. Amounts for damage or cleaning are due within 24 hours after the charge is sent with supporting documents. Late payment incurs a 2% fine, 1% monthly interest and adjustment by the IPCA index. An invoice, when requested, is stated in the booking.
9. Itinerary changes
Itinerary changes, route changes and additional stops depend on the driver's schedule and availability and on authorization from FARIA's manager. Before they are made, the client is informed of the additional charges to the final price, proportional to the changes, and must accept them in writing. Commitment to the times of the following services always prevails.
10. Limitation of liability
Within the limits of the law, the client is responsible for their belongings during transport, and FARIA is not liable for forgotten, undeclared or high-value items. FARIA is also not liable for delays caused by external factors, such as heavy traffic, bad weather, accidents, demonstrations, orders from authorities or flight delays and cancellations, in which case it will make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact.
11. Privacy and LGPD
We process name, contact details, addresses, times and payment data to perform the service, issue tax documents and comply with legal obligations. We share only what is necessary with the drivers and providers involved in the service and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell data. The data subject may request access, correction or deletion by the email below. More details in this website's Privacy Policy.
12. Updates, governing law and jurisdiction
We may update these Terms. The new version applies to bookings made after its publication; bookings already confirmed follow the version in force on the confirmation date. Brazilian law applies, with jurisdiction in Campinas/SP, without prejudice to the consumer's right to choose the courts of their place of residence.
13. Support and official contact
All requests will be answered as soon as possible.
